摘要
为了研究单点渐进成形中板料的变化规律,对方锥件成形过程进行了数值模拟。主要分析了成形件应力分布以及减薄率分布的规律,并研究了不同工艺参数下Mises应力与减薄率的分布。结果表明:成形件应力变化与减薄率变化都有明显的区域性;可通过改变工艺参数控制成形件应力与减薄率。
        In order to study the change law of sheet material in single point incremental forming, the forming process of the square conical parts was numerically simulated. The stress distribution and thinning rate distribution of the forming parts were analyzed, and the variation of Mises stress and thinning rate under different process parameters were studied. The results show that the variation of stress and thinning rate of the forming parts is obviously regional, and the stress and thinning rate of the forming parts can be controlled by changing process parameters.
