摘要

介绍了煤炭去产能战略下"276工作日"制度实施的背景,分析了"276工作日"制度实施以来在煤炭产量、煤炭价格、行业安全等方面取得的成效,认为该制度还需要进一步完善,并提出了相应的优化措施。
        The paper introduced the background to practice a "276 working days" system under the coal de-capacity strategy and analyzed the achievements obtained on the coal production,coal prices,industry safety and other aspects since the implementation of the "276 working days" system. The paper held that the reform should be further improved and the relevant optimized measures were provided.
