摘要
替考拉宁和万古霉素都属于糖肽类大环抗生素,是常用的手性识别剂。本文以万古霉素和替考拉宁为手性识别剂,运用界面聚合的方法,分别以哌嗪和间苯二胺为水相单体,1,3,5-苯三甲酰氯和对苯二甲酰氯为有机相单体,以硅胶为载体,制备4种新型手性固定相,研究对外消旋化合物的拆分能力。结果表明这些手性固定相对手性化合物具有一定的拆分能力,同时与替考拉宁商品柱(Chirobiotic T)和万古霉素商品柱(Chirobiotic V)相比具有一定的互补作用。
Teicoplanin and vancomycin are glycopeptide antibiotics which are commonly used as chiral selectors. Four novel chiral stationary phases(CSP) were fabricated by interfacial polymerization method with teicoplanin and vancomycin as chiral selectors,piperazine and m-phenylene diamine as monomers in aqueous phase,trimesoyl chloride and terephthaloyl chloride as monomers in organic phase,and silica gel as carrier. After studying the chiral separation ability of these CSP,the experimental results showed that some racemates had been separated on these cocsp, and the enantioselectivity of these csp were complementary to the commercial column.
