肠道息肉内镜下治疗后使用钛夹的临床效果及安全性研究

摘要
目的分析肠道息肉内镜下治疗后使用钛夹的临床效果及安全性。方法将我院2017年1月—2018年6月行内镜下治疗的肠道息肉患者200例分为2组各100例,对照组术后不采取任何措施,观察组辅助以钛夹进行治疗。对比2组患者的恢复情况。结果在治疗总有效率、术后出血量、住院时间以及并发症方面,观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠道息肉内镜下治疗后使用钛夹可有效提升治疗效果,且具备较高的安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of titanium clip in the treatment of intestinal polyps after endoscopic treatment.Methods This study was conducted according to the mode of comparative treatment.The included samples were included in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018,and 200 patients with intestinal polyps treated under endoscopy were selected.Within 100 cases,unilaterally given endoscopic surgery,that is,the control group,the remaining 100 patients need to be assisted with titanium clip deployment,that is,the observation group.Compare the recovery of the two groups of patients.Results Statistics showed that there were significant advantages in the overall treatment efficiency,postoperative bleeding volume,length of hospital stay,and complications,P<0.05.Conclusion Titanium clip therapy after endoscopic treatment of intestinal polyps can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of this part of patients,and has high safety.
