MIPO与LCP对肱骨骨折手术时间、骨折愈合时间及不良反应发生情况分析

摘要
目的分析MIPO(微创骨板技术)与LCP(锁定加压钢板)治疗肱骨骨折的效果及手术时间、骨折愈合时间及不良反应发生率。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的68例肱骨骨折患者进行研究,以计算机随机分组法作为分组依据,将所有患者分为对照组、实验组,每组均34例。对照组用常规手术治疗,实验组用MIPO联合LCP治疗,分析肩关节功能评分、肘关节功能评分、手术指标、骨折愈合时间、不良反应发生率。结果肩关节功能评分、肘关节功能评分与对照组相比,实验组较高(P <0.05);手术指标、骨折愈合时间、不良反应发生率相较于对照组,实验组较低(P <0.05)。结论在肱骨骨折临床治疗中,采用MIPO联合LCP治疗,既可提高肩关节功能、肘关节功能,又可改善手术指标,缩短骨折愈合时间、减少不良反应发生率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。
        Objective To analyze the curative effect of MIPO(minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis) and LCP(locking compression plate) in the treatment of humeral fractures,as well as the operation time,fracture healing time and incidence of adverse reactions. Methods 68 patients with humeral fractures who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and studied.According to the computer randomization method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery while the experimental group was treated with MIPO combined with LCP.The shoulder function score,elbow function score, surgical indexes,fracture healing time and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed. Results The shoulder function score and elbow joint function score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The surgical indexes,fracture healing time and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of humeral fractures,MIPO combined with LCP treatment can improve shoulder function and elbow joint function,improve surgical indexes,shorten fracture healing time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has relative high clinical value,which is worthy of promotion.
