摘要

县市级医院是我国基层医疗的重要力量。随着科技的发展,国内医疗逐步与世界先进医疗水平接轨,科研是学习、掌握先进医疗技术,分享医疗经验的重要手段,其最终目的是实现科研成果向临床转化而造福人类。如何形成科学科研体系和有效医院科研管理是所有县市级医院特别是县市级新晋三甲医院管理工作中遇到的亟待解决的问题。作者通过对南京市江宁医院近年来医院科研体系建设及运行管理中问题的探讨,旨在为提高同级别单位科研的发展提供参考。
        The hospital with county and municipal level is an important part of primary medical care in China. With the development of science and technology,domestic medical care is gradually synchronized with the world. Scientific research is the key of learning and sharing advanced medical technology and experiences,with the purpose of transformation from research to application. The management of scientific research has been a problem to be solved by the hospitals with county and municipal level,especially for the the new tertiary hospitals.The management of scientific research in Jiangning Hospital will be discussed in this article to provide references for the hospitals with same grade.
