摘要
目的通过90 d喂养试验观察韩国野山参提取物对大鼠的亚慢性毒性,为进一步开发野山参的药用及食用价值提供依据。方法 SD大鼠80只,体重60~90 g,随机分为对照组和野山参提取物低、中、高剂量组(2.66 g/kg·BW、5.33g/kg·BW和8.00 g/kg·BW),拌饲给予,每组20只,雌雄各半,连续90 d。每周观察大鼠的体重和进食量,实验中期测定血常规,实验结束时测定血常规和血生化、解剖脏器并计算脏器系数和进行病理学检查。结果结果提示韩国野山参提取物对大鼠体重、进食量、食物利用率、病理组织学指标均未产生明显影响,试验结束时,中剂量组雄鼠嗜酸性细胞百分比高于对照组,雌雄大鼠的总蛋白及白蛋白水平高于对照组,其余血液学指标均无显著变化。结论韩国野山参提取物未见明显的亚慢性毒性损害。
        Objective To observe the sub-chronic toxicity of wild ginseng extracts to rats by feeding test for 90 days,and to provide basis for further developing wild ginseng as medicine and health food. Methods Eighty SD rats weighing from 60 g to 90 g were randomly divided into control group and low,medium and high dose groups according to the dosage of wild ginseng extracts( 2. 66 g/kg·BW,5. 33 g/kg·BW and 8. 00 g/kg ·BW),given by gavage,each group with 20 rats with half male and half female,lasted for 90 days. The rats' weight and food intake of each group were observed weekly. Hemocytology test was done in the middle of the experiment. The blood and blood biochemistry of the rats in each group were examined at the end of the experiment. At the end of the experiment, the organ coefficients were calculated and the pathological examination of the organs of the rats was performed. Results Ninety days feeding test showed that wild ginseng extracts had no significant impact on the rats ' weight,food intake,food utilization and histopathological parameters in experimental rats. At the end of the experiment,the eosinophil of male rats in the medium dose group was higher than that in the control group. The total protein and albumin levels of male and female rats in the medium dose group were higher than that in control group. No significant changes were observed in other hematological parameters. Conclusion South Korea wild ginseng extracts without obvious sub-chronic toxicity on the experimental rats.
