血液透析低血压辅用生脉饮的治疗与预防

摘要
目的探讨在血压透析中低血压患者采用生脉饮的临床治疗效果及预防情况。方法选取该院2016年1月—2017年5月确诊为在血液透析中发生低血压的患者51例,其中将患者在治疗前12周为对照组,在12周后为治疗组,同一患者两个周期进行比较分析血压变化情况和低血压的发生率。结果治疗组在血液透析后的收缩压为(123±10.4)mmHg,舒张压为(79±7.4)mmHg,对照组的收缩压为(107±9.9)mmHg,舒张压为(65±6.9)mmHg,治疗组的血压显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在透析期间发现治疗组的透析次数为529次,发生低血压的次数有139次,发生率为26.3%,对照组的透析次数为542次,发生低血压的次数为309次,发生率为57.0%,说明治疗组的低血压发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析过程中若发生低血压症状可以采用生脉饮提高血压,减少低血压症状发生,具有极高的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect and prevention of Shengmaiyin in patients with hypotension and hemodialysis. Methods 51 cases in this hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 diagnosed in hemodialysis with hypotension were selected. Those patients who received treatment before 12 weeks were regarded as the control group, and those after 12 weeks were regarded as the treatment group. The blood pressure and the incidence of hypotension were analyzed of the same patient in the two cycles. Results The systolic blood pressure was(123 ±10.4)mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was 79 ±7.4 mmHg; in the control group, those were(107 ±9.9)mmHg and(65 ±6.9)mmHg, so those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). During the dialysis, the number of dialysis was 529 times, the number of hypotension was 139 times, the incidence was 26.3%; the number of dialysis in the control group was 542 times, the number of hypotension was 309 times, the incidence was 57.0 %, indicating that the incidence of hypotension in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of hemodialysis, if the symptoms of hypotension occur, Shengmaiyin can increase blood pressure and reduce the symptoms of hypotension, which has high clinical therapeutic effect and deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
