FOXJ1基因与肿瘤相关性研究进展
摘要
FOXJ1是叉头框蛋白家族中的一员,其与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、胃癌以及室管膜和脉络丛肿瘤的恶性程度及预后均有密切关系。本文对FOXJ1的结构与功能及其与疾病的相关性进行系统阐述,为肿瘤的早期诊断、预测和治疗提供新的思路。
