摘要

"城市双修"是适应当今我国城市发展新常态的重要举措,对城市转型发展、城市问题治理等多方面都具有重要的指导意义。工业遗产型历史地段作为城市文化的重要载体,对其保护与更新方式的探索一直是相关研究的重要话题。文章以福州马尾造船厂旧区为例,基于其历史文化传承、功能、建成环境、交通、生态等多方面现状及存在问题,引入"城市双修"理念,探索工业遗产型历史地段更新的新思路。
        "Urban Double Repair" is an important measure to adapt to the new normal urban development in China. It has important guiding significance in urban transformation and development, urban problem management ets. As an important carrier of urban culture, the exploration of the ways of protection and renewal of industrial heritage-type historical sites has always been the focus of relevant research. Taking the old area of Fuzhou Mawei shipyard as an example, this paper introduces the concept of "urban double repair" based on the existing problems in historical and cultural heritage, function, built environment, transportation, ecology and other aspects, and explores the new ideas of renewal of industrial heritage sites.
