摘要

职教集团通过体制机制创新、多元共育共培、校政行企四方联动,在人才培养模式改革,课程建设,资源共建共享,现代学徒制试点,校企"双主体"育人,企业学院等集团化办学方面进行积极探索,并取得显著成效,助推机械装备制造产业转型升级。
        Through the system mechanism innovation, the multivariate combined rearing and cultivating, and linking four aspects of school, politics, industry and enterprise, vocational education group actively explores the talent training mode reform, curriculum construction, resources sharing, the modern apprenticeship pilot, the "double main body education of school and enterprise, enterprise school, and collectivization school-running, and achieved remarkable achievement to booster mechanical equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.
