摘要
采用直接合成法制备了NdFeB/Fe3P复合永磁材料,根据Fe-P二元相图,通过调节Fe-P配比,借助共晶反应可以间接降低软磁相Fe3P的熔点(1 166℃→1 050℃),在软-硬磁相晶界处形成晶间薄层相,有效地减缓了NdFeB/Fe3P复合永磁体的矫顽力随软磁相增多而下降的速率.
In this paper,NdFeB/Fe3 P composite permanent magnetic materials are prepared by the direct synthesis method of new preparation process.Then through Fe-P binary phase diagram,tuning Fe-P ratio and using the edutectic reaction makes the melting point of Fe3 P decrease indirectly and the decreasing velocity of coercive force of NdFeB/Fe3 P composite permanent magnetic materials slowly.It is considered that its physical mechanism is that decreasing the melting point of Fe3 P makes soft magnetic phase Fe3 P form crystal thin layer in the crystal boundary.
