研究型图书馆数据馆员能力需求及服务内容研究

数据馆员是随着研究型图书馆科研数据管理和数据服务诞生的职业,其服务内容和能力需求还在动态调整与发展中。文章调研了国外研究型图书馆数据馆员的招聘信息,从学历与专业要求、专业知识与技能要求、实际经验要求和其他要求四个方面总结出数据馆员所需具备的能力;从数据资源获取、数据加工、数据存储、数据再利用四个阶段分析了数据馆员需要提供的服务内容。最后,对我国图书馆培养数据馆员和开展数据服务提出相应建议。
The emergence of professional data librarian is based on the popular of data curation and data service in research library. Their service content and capability requirements are still dynamically adjusted and developed. This paper analyzes the job advertisement of data librarians in foreign research libraries, then summarize the capability requirements of data librarian in terms of academic background and qualifications, professional knowledge and skills, practical experience, and other requirements.Then the data service content that data librarian could provide was analyzed based on the four phases of resource acquisition,data processing, data storage, and data reutilization. Finally, some suggestions for the data librarian training and data service are proposed for Chinese libraries.
