重楼水提取液对大鼠离体胃肠运动的影响及双向调节作用观察

摘要
目的观察重楼水提取液对大鼠离体胃肠运动的影响及其双向调节作用。方法采用常规离体小肠平滑肌灌流法,观察重楼水提取液对正常、抑制(阿托品诱导)、亢进(乙酰胆碱诱导)的离体胃肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率的影响。结果低、高剂量重楼水提液使大鼠离体胃平滑肌收缩幅度减小和频率变慢(P均<0. 01),使大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩幅度增大(P <0. 05或<0. 01);低剂量重楼水提液使大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩频率减慢(P均<0. 01),但高剂量重楼水提液作用后收缩频率无明显变化(P均> 0. 05)。低、高剂量重楼水提液可使阿托品诱导的舒张胃肠平滑肌收缩幅度增大且频率加快(P <0. 05或<0. 01),可使乙酰胆碱诱导的兴奋胃肠平滑肌收缩幅度减小(P <0. 05或<0. 01)。结论重楼水提液可抑制大鼠离体胃平滑肌收缩、兴奋大鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩,并且对阿托品、乙酰胆碱诱导的离体胃肠运动具有双向调节作用
        Objective To investigate the effects of Paris polyphylla water extracts on rats' isolated gastrointestinal motility and bidirectional regulation. Methods Routine smooth muscle reperfusion of isolated small intestine was applied to observe the effects of Paris polyphylla water extracts on the amplitude and frequency of contraction of isolated gastrointestinal smooth muscles,which were normal,inhibited( with induction of atropine) or hyperfunctional( with induction of acetylcholine). Results Low-dose and high-dose Paris polyphylla water extracts reduced the amplitude and frequency of contraction of isolated gastric smooth muscle in rats( both P < 0. 01),and increased the amplitude of contraction of isolated intestinal smooth muscle in rats( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The contraction frequency of isolated intestinal smooth muscle in rats was slowed down by low-dose Paris polyphylla water extracts( P < 0. 01),but there was no significant change in contraction frequency after high dose( P > 0. 05). Low and high doses of Paris polyphylla water extract increased and accelerated the contraction amplitude of diastolic gastrointestinal smooth muscle induced by atropine( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),and decreased the contraction amplitude of gastrointestinal smooth muscle induced by acetylcholine( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01).Conclusion Paris polyphylla water extracts can inhibit the contraction of isolated gastric smooth muscle and excited isolated small intestinal smooth muscle of rats,and it has a bidirectional regulation effect on the isolated gastrointestinal movement induced by atropine and acetylcholine.
