对《伤寒论》中反佐药应用的探讨

摘要
目的:针对当前中医界在反佐药认识上存在的使用范围、使用剂量、使用作用等方面的问题,本文基于《伤寒论》反佐药使用范例重新审视反佐药,探讨反佐药的功能和应用以获取新的认识。方法:提取《伤寒论》少阴病篇19个方以其组方配方为依据进行反佐药应用分析。结果:反佐药使用指征是病机或治疗存在矛盾,其药药性或作用与君药相反相成,使全方起到双向调节作用;反佐药使用标准以1～2味为佳,药量多比君药小,药力小于君药。结论:通过举例分析《伤寒论》中反佐药使用之法应用标准,认为反佐法看似矛盾,实际疗效确切、应用合理,具有一定的规律性,临床医师应努力掌握此法的应用要领,为广大患者服务,从而弘扬张仲景学术思想,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective: Because of ignoring some question about the"Adjuvant drug "by Chinese medicine professionals,for example,the range,the standard,the role,the regular of"Adjuvant drug",To solve these problems,this paper back to re-examine the"Adjuvant drug"in examples of treatise on febrile disease,so this article is to probe into the functions and application of them. Methods: To analyze the modification rules of 19 types of Prescription in Article shaoyin disease of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Results: The range of"Adjuvant drug"is pathogenesis or treatment exist on the two aspects of opposite; An adjuvant medicinal or role in contrast to the gentleman medicine,make whole two-way regulating role; An adjuvant use standard for 1 ～ 2 taste better,whose dosage and efficacy should be smaller than Gentleman medicine.Conclusions: The article analyzes the clinical application of the"Adjuvant drug"and make us feel contradictory,however it has the curative effect and we can make it easy to master the method easily. The masses of workers and clinicians should make great efforts to master the method of traditional Chinese medicine point of the application of service for the general patients and develop Zhongjing'academic thoughts and improve the clinical treatment effects.
