摘要
为了解决目前师范生教育实践中双导师制实施的困境,探索出提高师范教育质量的有效途径,进一步加强高校与小学的交流合作,本文深入分析了双导师制的意义、存在的困境以及原因,提出了优化双导师制,培养卓越师范生的有效策略。
To solve the dilemma of double tutorial system in normal education practice,explore effective ways to improve the quality of pedagogical education and further strengthen the communication and cooperation between universities and primary schools,this paper deeply analyses the significance of double tutorial system,the difficulties and the reasons.Besides,the paper puts forward the effective strategies of optimizing the double tutorial system and cultivating the excellent students.
