校企协同育人机制下高职院校“双导师”指导模式研究

摘要
"校企双主体协同育人"作为现代学徒制的核心要素与基本特征,对高职教育师资提出了更高要求,推进"双导师"教学团队建设,明确"双导师"指导模式至关重要。遵循高职教育规律,结合学生特性与课程特色,进一步厘清校内导师和企业导师的遴选标准,明确"双导师"分阶段育人目标,辨明校企双方育人职责,深度推进校企结合、产教融合,是校企协同育人高职教育改革之路的必然之举。
        As the core elements and basic characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system, "school-enterprise dual body co-education" raised higher requirements for teachers of education higher vocational college, and it is of great importance to promote the construction of "double tutor" teaching team and to clarify the guiding mode of "double tutor". Follow the rules of higher vocational education, combining students' characteristics and the course characteristic, to further clarify the school teacher and mentor selection standard,clear the "double teachers" educational target in stages, discern between the two sides education responsibility,depth of promote the combination between higher vocational colleges, integration, production and education is the road of synergy between colleges education of higher vocational education reform inevitably.
