校企深度融合,共同构建"双师"型教师团队是确保现代学徒制实施的有效保障。结合实例探讨了"双师"教师团队构建及运作过程,梳理了建设过程中的相关问题,以期探索现代学徒制的有效运行途径。
In this paper, in connection with an empirical study, we examined the establishment and running of a doubly-qualified teaching team and went over the relevant problems in the construction of the doubly-qualified teaching team based on the modern apprenticeship system in a bid to find an effective path toward the implementation of the modern apprenticeship education.
