摘要

话语是辅导员开展思想政治教育活动的必要手段。当前辅导员话语缺乏幽默性、情感性、流变性、针对性等特征,影响了思想政治教育实效。辅导员必须正视现状,从增强知识素养、注重人文关怀、贴近生活世界、结合学生实际等方面入手,使思想政治教育话语幽默、有温度、实现流变性、提高针对性,实现话语重构。
        Discourse is the necessary means for university counselors to carry out ideological and political education. Lack of humour, emotion, change and specificity affects practical effects of ideological education.counselors should face the current situation and start by strengthening knowledge accomplishment, focusing on humanity, close to life and based on the students real condition, making ideological education full of sense of humour,feelings and changes, improving its specificity to realize its discourse reconstruction.
