精准扶贫视角下高职院校学生资助工作问题及对策研究

摘要
对精准扶贫视角下高职院校学生资助工作问题及对策展开研究具有重要意义。当前我国高职院校学生资助工作已取得巨大进步与发展,但部分高职院校还在不同程度上存在对贫困学生认定不精准、资助工作者缺乏、资助范围有限、"精神脱贫"的成效不明显等问题。要解决这些问题必须实现对贫困学生的精准认定、增强学生资助管理人员的专业性、进一步拓宽学生资助的资金来源、帮助受资助学生实现"精神脱贫"。
It is of great significance to study the problems and countermeasures of student aid in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation. At present, great progress and development has been made in the work of student aid. However, in some higher vocational colleges, there are still some problems such as the inaccurate identification of impoverished students, lack of aid workers,limited scope of aid and no obvious effect of "spiritual poverty alleviation". To solve these problems, it is necessary to accurately identify poor students, enhance the professionalism of student aid managers, further broaden the source of student aid funds and help students to achieve the "spiritual poverty alleviation".
