中草药对豆干的防腐作用研究

摘要
豆制品含有较多的水分与营养成分,有利于微生物的生长繁殖.为了筛选出防腐能力较强的中草药,以豆干为样本,采用煎煮法提取蒲公英、公丁香、艾草的中药提取液,观察提取液在不同时间对样品品质的影响.结果表明,艾草对豆干的防腐功效较好,蒲公英和公丁香的防腐能力次之.
        Soybean products contain more water and nutrients,which is very conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.In order to screen out Chinese herbal medicine with strong antiseptic ability,this experiment took dried beans as samples,extracted the extracts of Taraxacum mongolicum,Syzygium aromaticum and Artemisia argyi by decoction method,and observed the effect of extracts on the quality of samples at different time.The results showed that Artemisia argyi had better antiseptic effect on dried beans,followed by Taraxacum mongolicum and Syzygium aromaticum.
