摘要
通过研究金银花药材与山银花药材的体外溶血作用,对二者的内在质量差异进行研究.分析3批金银花药材与3批山银花药材体外溶血作用,计算溶血率,运用不同的统计分析方法分析二者是否存在差异.结果显示,运用SPSS相似度软件对二者进行分析时,金银花样品与3批山银花样品相似度分别为73.3%、60.0%、27.6%;金银花样品在溶血率—质量浓度曲线上出现溶血率最大值时的质量浓度较山银花大,且溶血率最大值小于山银花;采用"Smirnov"法分析,2批山银花样品与金银花样品具有显著差异.实验表明,金银花和山银花在体外溶血方面存在差异,说明金银花药材与山银花药材内在质量存在差异.
        In this paper,by studying the in vitro hemolysis of two groups of Flos Lonicerae and Chinese honeysuckle,the internal quality differences between these two groups were studied.The in vitro hemolysis of three batches of Flos Lonicerae and that of three batches of Radix Lonicerae were analyzed,and the hemolysis rate was calculated.Different statistic analysis methods were used to analyze whether differences existed in these two groups.The results showed that when using SPSS similarity software to analyze them,the similarity between honeysuckle samples and three batches of Flos Lonicerae samples was 73.3%,60.6% and 27.6%.The curve of the hemolysis and mass concentration showed that the maximum hemolysis rate of honeysuckle sample was higher than that of honeysuckle sample,and the maximum hemolysis rate of honeysuckle sample was lower than that of honeysuckle sample.The analysis done by Smirnov method showed that there existed noticeable differences between these two groups of samples.It is concluded that there are differences in vitro hemolysis between honeysuckle and Flos Lonicerae,and the intrinsic quality of honeysuckle is also different from that of Flos Lonicerae.
