500客观景船建造工艺浅谈

"500客"观景船为单体钢质客船,单层连续甲板、三层上层建筑及一层甲板室,尾机型、双机双桨。该船主甲板为强力甲板,主甲板艏尖舱和舵机舱采用横骨架,其余采用纵骨架式,上层建筑甲板为纵骨架式结构。该船为尾机型双机双桨船舶,推进装置采用主机通过减速齿轮箱、短轴和尾轴传动螺旋桨,设置两台250kW柴油发电机组,供全船动力和生活用电。本文针对该船的建造方案和施工工艺的内容、执行情况及效果进行探讨。

The main deck is strength deck with longitudinally framing,except fore peak tank and steering engine room with transverse framing,and the superstructure decks are longitudinally framed. The vessel is stern-engined with double engines and propellers,and the vessel has two 250kW diesel generating sets.
