摘要
目的观察包皮环切术中使用双极电凝止血的术后疗效。方法将300例行包皮环切术的患者随机分为研究组(双极电凝止血)150例和对照组(电刀止血)150例。比较两组术中手术时间、血肿数量及术后感染率。结果研究组与对照组两组患者在手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后血肿数量、切口感染率方面进行比较,前者均明显少于后者,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论包皮环切术中采用双极电凝止血切口愈合较好且阴茎血肿数量及感染率较低,无不良反应,方便实用。
Objective To observe the postoperative efficacy of bipolar electrocoagulation for hemostasis in circumcision. Methods 300 patients undergoing circumcision were randomly divided into study group(bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis) 150 cases and control group(electrosurgical hemostasis) 150 cases. The operation time, the number of hematoma and the postoperative infection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The study group and the control group were compared in terms of operation time, average intraoperative bleeding volume, number of hematoma after operation and incision infection rate. The former was significantly less than the latter, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis incision in circumcision can heal well and the number and infection rate of penile hematoma are low. There are no adverse reactions and it is convenient and practical.
