氯雷他定结合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效及安全性分析

摘要
目的分析氯雷他定结合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果以及安全性。方法选取2017年2月19日至2018年2月19日期间本院收治的过敏性结膜炎患者100例(实施信封随机分组模式)。分别给予氯雷他定、氯雷他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,对比2组临床疗效、临床症状积分情况、患眼体征积分情况、眼部综合症状评分情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 (1)观察组显效例数有38例,对照组显效例数有30例,P<0.05;(2)观察组流泪积分为(0.80±0.05)分、眼痒积分为(1.01±0.08)分、畏光积分为(0.64±0.05)分、烧灼感积分为(0.81±0.04)分,与对照组比较,P<0.05;(3)观察组分泌物积分为(0.60±0.02)分、角膜缘改变积分为(0.61±0.04)分、结膜充血水肿积分为(0.90±0.04)分、眼睑水肿积分为(0.51±0.03)分,与对照组比较,P<0.05;(4)治疗前,2组眼部综合症状评分对比无差异性,治疗后3d、7d、14d,观察组数据明显低于对照组,P<0.05;(5)观察组不良反应发生例数有1例,对照组发生例数有8例,P<0.05。结论氯雷他定结合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎效果较佳,可推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of loratadine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic conjunctivitis in our hospital from February 19, 2017 to February 19, 2018 were enrolled(enforced envelope randomization mode). The patients were treated with loratadine and loratadine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops, and the clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores, scores of integrated eye symptoms, eye syndrome scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results(1) There were 38 cases of obvious effect in the observation group, 30 cases in the control group, P<0.05;(2) Tearing points in the observation group was(0.80±0.05)points, itching score in the observation group was(1.01±0.08)points, photophobia scores was(0.64±0.05) points and the score of the burning sensation was(0.81±0.04) points, compared with the control group, P<0.05;(3) The scores of secretions in the observation group was(0.60±0.02) points, and the points of limbal changes was(0.61±0.04) points, the conjunctival hyperemia and edema scores was(0.90±0.04) points and the eyelid edema scores was(0.51±0.03) points, compared with the control group, P<0.05;(4) There was no difference in the eye syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment, and 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, the data of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, P<0.05;(5) Cases of adverse reactions in the observation group occurred in 1 case, and there were 8 cases in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Loratadine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops is effective in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis and can be popularized.
