联用人工泪液凝胶和双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果

摘要
目的研讨干眼症患者联合使用人工泪液凝胶与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗的临床价值。方法选择我院于2016年5月至2018年5月收治的74例干眼症患者作为实验对象,并按随机数表法划分至两组,Ⅰ组(n=37)接受人工泪液凝胶单药治疗,Ⅱ组(n=37)同时配合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗,对比评估两组的眼部治疗情况。结果相比Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组患者在临床药效的提高方面更显著,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组在FS、BUT等各项指标上的对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,Ⅱ组的FS显著低于Ⅰ组,而BUT、SIT值显著高于Ⅰ组,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对干眼症患者联合使用人工泪液凝胶与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗有显著的药效,并可促进眼部症状的恢复,值得推荐。
Objective To study the clinical value of combined use of artificial tear gel and diclofenac sodium eye drops in patients with xerophthalmia. Methods 74 patients with xerophthalmia to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups according to the random number table. Group Ⅰ(n =37) received artificial tear gel. Monotherapy, group Ⅱ(n =37) was treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops, and the eye treatment of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with group Ⅰ, patients in group Ⅱ were more significant in the improvement of clinical efficacy, and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in FS, BUT and other indicators between the two groups(P> 0.05). After treatment, the FS of group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ, while the values of BUT and SIT were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ, and the data were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of artificial tear gel and diclofenac sodium eye drops for xerophthalmia patients has significant pharmacological effects and can promote the recovery of ocular symptoms. It is recommended.
