显微镜辅助耳内镜手术切除治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期外耳道胆脂瘤的临床效果观察

摘要
目的探讨显微镜辅助耳内镜手术切除治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期外耳道胆脂瘤的临床效果。方法 78例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期外耳道胆脂瘤患者随机均分为两组,观察组给予显微镜辅助耳内镜手术切除治疗,对照组给予显微镜下手术切除术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%(P <0.05)。术后,观察组的耳鸣、耳痛、耳堵、耳漏、听力下降发生率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的总复发率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的23.08%(P <0.05)。结论显微镜辅助耳内镜手术切除治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期外耳道胆脂瘤患者具有显著的临床疗效,可改善临床症状,降低复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of microscope assisted otoendoscope surgical resection for the treatment of external auditory canal cholesteatoma(EACC) in stage Ⅰ～ Ⅱ. Methods 78 EACC patients were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with surgical resection under microscope, and the observation group was treated with microscope assisted otoendoscope surgical resection. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.31%, higher than 74.36% of control group(P <0.05). After surgery, the incidences of tinnitus, earache, ear plug, ear leak and hearing loss of observation group were lower than those of control group(P <0.05). The total recurrence rate of observation group was 5.13%, lower than 23.08% of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Microscope assisted otoendoscope surgical resection for the treatment of patients with EACC in stage Ⅰ～ Ⅱ has significant clinical efficacy, which can improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce the recurrence rate.
