U型卷取工艺试验研究

摘要
山钢集团日照公司新建带钢产线,生产工艺尚不成熟,为验证热轧U型卷取工艺的实际应用效果,制定了相关的试验方案,并对试验过程和结果进行了研究分析。试验表明热轧U型卷取工艺对于改善热轧和冷轧产品性能均匀性效果明显,为该工艺的推广和应用提供了理论基础。
As Shandong Steel Group Rizhao Company's new strip production line,the production process is not mature.In order to guide the product process making,it is necessary to verify the practical application effect of the Utype coiling process in hot rolling line,so we formulated a test plan,and researched the test process and mechanical properties.The test proved that the U-type coiling process in hot rolling can improve the uniformity of mechanical properties of hot rolled and cold rolled products obviously,and provided the theoretical basis for the promotion and application of the U-type coiling process.
