摘要
矩阵变换器作为一种新型的电力变换装置,具有诸多的优良性能,越来越引起人们的关注。但最初提出的单级矩阵变换器存在开关器件数目多、换流过程复杂等缺点,为了解决这些问题,提高矩阵变换器的性能,国内外学者一直对其电路拓扑结构进行研究和改进。对各种矩阵变换器的电路拓扑结构进行了概述与对比,重点对双级矩阵变换器、稀疏矩阵变换器和高频链矩阵变换器进行了描述。
        Matrix converter, as a novel inverter, has attracted increasing attention of overall scholar with its many good virtues. Since the conventional matrix converters have many disadvantages,such as containing many switches with complicated commutation, in order to solve these problems and improve the converter's work performance, scholars home and abroad have been working on researching and improving matrix converter topology circuits. The research of these novel topologies of matrix converters, especially around two-stage matrix converters(TSMC), sparse matrix converters(SMC) and high frequency link matrix converters(HFLMC) were summarized.
