摘要
本文运用WDW-5E型微机控制电子式万能试验机对平板曲、包包曲进行了压缩、弯曲、剪切试验。试验研究表明:平板曲的抗压强度是2.15±0.19 MPa,抗压弹性模量为61.68±6.89 MPa,抗弯强度为0.97±0.12 MPa,抗弯弹性模量为11.66±1.53 MPa,剪切强度为0.109±0.007 MPa;包包曲的抗压强度为1.20±0.13 MPa,抗压弹性模量为31.12±3.96 MPa,抗弯强度为0.58±0.08 MPa,抗弯弹性模量为14.95±2.37 MPa,剪切强度为0.305±0.115 MPa;包包曲的力学特性参数显著低于平板曲的力学特性参数(P<0.01),但包包曲抗弯弹性模量、剪切强度显著高于平板曲的抗弯弹性模量、剪切强度(P<0.01)。此研究结果可为酒曲粉碎机的设计提供理论依据。
        The compression, bending and shear tests of the flat-plate Koji and convex-center Koji were conducted by using WDW-5E microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine. The compressive strength, compressive modulus,flexural strength, flexural modulus of elasticity, shear strength and other mechanical parameters of the flat-plate Koji and convex-center Koji were measured. The compressive strength of the flat-plate Koji is 2.15±0.19 MPa, the compressive elastic modulus is 61.68±6.89 MPa, the bending strength is 0.97±0.12 MPa, the bending elastic modulus is 11.66±1.53 MPa, and the shear strength is 0.109±0.007 MPa; the compressive strength of the convex-center Koji is 1.20±0.13 MPa, the compressive elastic modulus is 31.12±3.96 MPa, the bending strength is 0.58±0.08 MPa, the bending elastic modulus is 14.95±2.37 MPa,and the shear strength is 0.305±0.115 MPa; The mechanical characteristic parameters of the convex-center Koji is generally lower than the flat-plate Koji(P<0.01), but the shear strength and the flexural modulus elasticity of the convex-center Koji is bigger than the flat-plate Koji. The results provide a theoretical basis for the design of mechanized crushing block Koji machine.
