菌种对固态发酵仔猪配合饲料的影响

摘要
为了研究菌种组合对固态发酵仔猪配合饲料(551H与552H)的影响,以蛋白含量及其增加率为主要指标,对双菌种与三菌种组合中不同菌种配比进行试验。结果发现:通过调节菌种组合中各微生物的占比,混菌(双菌种或三菌种)固态发酵仔猪配合饲料的质量指标可明显高于单菌种发酵产品(P<0.05);对于固态培养基551H,双菌种最佳组合中,枯草芽孢杆菌于组合中其占比在1/2之上,乳酸菌占比在1/2之下,而酵母处于1/3~2/3之间;三菌种最佳组合中,枯草芽孢杆菌最小占比不低于1/4,而酵母与乳酸菌最小占比不低于1/4。对于固态培养基552H,双菌种最佳组合中,枯草芽孢杆菌于组合中其占比在1/3较为合理,酵母占比在1/2之上,而乳酸菌处于1/2之下;三菌种最佳组合中,枯草芽孢杆菌与乳酸菌最小占比不低于1/5,而酵母最小占比不低于1/4。因此,该研究结果将为工业化混菌固态发酵仔猪配合饲料在菌种组合方面提供试验与理论支撑。
        In order to study the effect of strains on solid-state fermented piglet compound feeds(551 H and 552 H), the protein content and the increase rate were taken as the main indexes. The effect of theratio in the combination of the two strains and the three strains was tested. The results showed that: Byadjusting the proportion of each microorganism in the strain combination, the quality index of themixed feed(two strains or three strains) in the solid-state fermentation of piglet compound feed couldbe significantly higher than that of the single strain fermentation product(P<0.05). In the solid culturemedium 551 H, for the best combination of the two strains, the proportion of Bacillus subtilis was morethan 1/2 in the combination, that of lactic acid bacteria less than 1/2, and that of yeast 1/3 to 2/3, andfor the best combination of the three strains, the minimum proportion of Bacillus subtilis was not lessthan 1/3, while that of yeast and lactic acid bacteria is not less than 1/4. However, for the solid medi-um 552 H, for the best combination of the two strains, the proportion 1/3 of Bacillus subtilis in the combination was more reasonable, that of yeast morethan 1/2, while that of lactic acid bacteria under1/2, and in the best combination of three strains,the minimum proportion of Bacillus subtilis andlactic acid bacteria was not less than 1/5, whilethe minimum proportion of yeast was not less than 1/4. Therefore, the results of this study will provide experimental and theoretical support for thecombination of strains in industrialized mixed solid-state fermentation of piglets compound feed.
