157例语言发育迟缓儿童的发育特征及影响因素分析

摘要
目的研究语言发育迟缓儿童的智能发育特征,探讨相关影响因素,为临床早期发现、综合干预提供科学依据。方法选取我院儿童保健科确诊为语言发育迟缓的157例3岁以下儿童作为研究对象,采用Gesell发育量表评估其智能发育的5个能区。结果随着年龄的增长,语言发育迟缓儿童Gesell 5个能区的发育商(DQ值)明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);语言发育迟缓儿童在性别、年龄、出生胎龄方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2岁以后语言发育迟缓儿童容易出现语言合并其他发育问题;早产是引起发育迟缓的重要因素。
Objective:To study the intelligent development characteristics of children with language development delay and explore related influencing factors, providing scientific basis for early clinical discovery and comprehensive intervention.Methods 157 cases of children under 3 years old who were diagnosed with language retardation in the child health department of our hospital were selected as study objects.Results(1) with the increase of age, the development quotient(DQ) of the five energy regions of Gesell was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The children with language growth retardation after 2 years old are likely to have other developmental problems. Premature birth is an important factor in developmental delay.
