摘要
以中国体育彩票为研究对象,运用扎根理论方法,分析影响中国体育彩票销量的主要因素。对包括山东省体育彩票管理中心主任在内的8名管理人员进行半结构化访谈,运用NVivo11.0软件对收集到的访谈资料进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建了中国体育彩票销量影响因素模型。研究模型包括"彩票商业逻辑"1个核心范畴;管理人员的"管理效率"、销售人员的"销售效率"、消费者的"购买效率"3个主范畴;"宏观因素""管理创新""管理体制""优质服务"等42个范畴,为后续彩票管理领域测评工具的开发提供理论指导。
        Taking the Chinese sports lottery as the research object, the main factors affecting the sales of China's sports lottery was analyzed using the rooted theory method. Semi-structured interviews of eight managers including the director of the Shandong Sports Lottery Management Center were conducted, and the collected interview data was openly encoded, spindle coded and selectively encoded using NVivo11.0 software to construct the sales impact factor model of China Sports Lottery. The research model included one core category of "lottery business logic"; three main categories of "management efficiency" of managers, "sales efficiency" of sales personnel, and "purchasing efficiency" of consumers; and 42 categories such as "macro factors", "management innovation" such as "management system" and "quality service", which provide theoretical guidance for the development of evaluation tools in the field of lottery management.
