UVA1治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效评价及患者生活质量评估

摘要
目的评价长波紫外线(UV)A1治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效及安全性。评估UVA1治疗对掌跖脓疱病患者生活质量的影响。方法采用UVA1治疗58例掌跖脓疱病患者,每周治疗3次,共30次,治疗结束后评价临床疗效及安全性。在治疗前后用中文版皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表进行问卷调查,评估UVA1治疗对掌跖脓疱病患者生活质量的影响。结果经UVA1治疗,患者掌跖脓疱型银屑病面积及严重程度指数(PPPASI)评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.001),有效率89.66%,主要不良反应为灼热感、瘙痒和色素沉着。治疗结束后,患者DLQI评分显著降低(P<0.05),生活质量明显提高。结论 UVA1治疗掌跖脓疱病安全有效,改善皮损的同时能有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety,as well as influence on life quality of UVA1 in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods Fifty-eight patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were treated with UVA1 three times a week for 30 sessions. Efficacies were evaluated after the treatment. All the patients were assessed with the questionnaire of dermatology life quality index(DLQI) before and after treatment. Results The mean palmoplantar pustular psoriasis area and severity index(PPPASI) score decreased significantly after UVA1 treatment(P<0.001). The effective rate was 89.66% after 30 sessions. The adverse effects were limited including burning sensation,pruritus and hyperpigmentation.DLQI scores were reduced after UVA1 therapy(P<0.05). Conclusion UVA1 is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis and can also improve the life quality of patients.
