摘要
文章研究先动型和反应型市场导向与绩效关系,探讨环境变化对两种类型市场导向与绩效关系的影响,并以153家企业样本数据进行实证分析。结果显示,先动型市场导向和反应型市场导向都对绩效有促进作用,但在当前市场环境下反应型市场导向对绩效促进作用更为明显。环境变化显著影响先动型市场导向对绩效的作用,但对反应型市场导向与绩效关系的影响不显著。
