摘要
目的:探讨全程营养管理对肺癌术后放化疗患者不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法:2015年1月~2016年12月选取本院收治的90例肺癌术后行放疗患者,随机将患者等分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者放疗期间行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上放疗期间行全程营养管理,比较两组患者放疗期间不良反应发生情况及生活质量变化情况。结果:观察组患者放疗期间恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、放射性皮炎、血小板减少发生等患者毒副反应等级低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后生理领域、社会关系领域、心理领域、环境领域及总生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程营养管理能有效减轻肺癌术后放疗患者毒副反应的发生,有助于提高患者生活质量。
        Objective: To investigate the effect of whole-course nutrition management on adverse reactions and quality of life in patients with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy of lung cancer. Methods: A total of 90 patients who received radiotherapy after lung cancer operation in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing during radiotherapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with whole-course nutrition management on the basis of radiotherapy. The incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life during radiotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results: In the observation group,patients with nausea and vomiting,arrest of bone marrow,radiation dermatitis and thrombocytopenia were lower than those in the control group( P <0. 05). The scores of physiology,social relations,psychological field,environment and total quality of life in the observation group were higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Whole-course nutrition management can effectively reduce the occurrence of toxic and side effects in postoperative radiotherapy of lung cancer patients. It is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
