摘要
以容量为40 Ah的方形锰酸锂三元复合材料锂电池为研究对象,探究电池充电倍率对循环性能的影响。采用容量增量分析法,对不同充电倍率循环(1.5 C,2 C,3 C)下的锰酸锂三元复合材料电池衰退机理进行分析和对比,并根据容量增量分析曲线定性分析电池在经过倍率循环后容量衰退的内部机理,最终得到的结论为该复合材料电池的改进设计及实际使用中充电倍率的选取提供理论依据。
The effect of charging rate on cycle performance of prismatic composite material lithium batteries(NCM + LMO, 40 Ah)isstudied. In this paper, the degradation mechanism of composite material lithium batteries under different charging rate cycles(1.5 C, 2 C, 3 C) is analyzed and compared by incrementcapacity analysis(ICA). The internal mechanism of capacity degradation of composite material lithium batteries after charge rate cycles is qualitatively analyzed based on increment capacity analysis(ICA) curves. The final conclusion can provide theoretical basis for improvements in design and selection of charging rate in actual use.
