摘要
立足保障性住房档案管理的重要性,针对目前漳州现状及问题,阐述促进漳州保障性住房档案信息化的意义和作用,列举主要做法、剖析存在困难和问题,提出从优化管理流程、加强软件运用、建立软件平台、提高人员素质等方面推动保障性住房档案信息化,为促进保障性住房工作有序地开展奠定坚实的基础。
This paper, based on the importance of Archives Management of Affordable Housing, expounds the significance and function of promoting the informatization of Zhangzhou's affordable housing archives,aiming at the present situation and problems of Zhangzhou City. It presents examples of the main practices,analyzes the difficulties and problems and proposes the ways to promote the informatization of indemnificatory housing archives from the aspects of optimizing management process, strengthening software application,establishing software platform and improving personnel quality, to lay a solid foundation for the orderly development of affordable housing work.
