高校转型背景下应用型本科人才培养模式研究

摘要
随着国家经济结构战略性调整和产业升级,部分高校实现了本科教育的转型发展。基于高校转型背景下开展应用型本科人才培养模式的研究,分析当前国内外应用型本科人才培养的发展现状,揭示制约应用型本科教育发展存在的主要问题,提出发展对策,创新应用型本科人才培养模式,破解本科高校转型发展过程中遇到的难题,推动应用型本科教育科学发展。
With the strategic adjustment of national economic structure and industrial upgrading, some universities have realized the transformation and development of undergraduate education. Based on the transition of colleges and universities, we should research on applied undergraduate talent training mode, analyze the current development status of applied undergraduate talent cultivation at home and abroad, reveal the main problems restricting applied undergraduate education development, put forward the development countermeasures and innovate the training mode of applied undergraduate talent, in order to crack the problems encountered in the development of undergraduate education transformation and promote the scientific development of applied undergraduate education.
