山东省惠民县医养结合机构的经营现状及发展对策

摘要
随着人口老龄化、城镇化进程的不断加快,出现了农村家庭养老功能弱化问题,亟待社会养老补位。山东省惠民县已形成居家养老、社区养老和机构养老"三位一体"的养老格局,但医养结合性质的养老机构还存在规模不能满足社会需求,医养结合机构医务人员专业素质还有待提高等问题,在此基础上提出了正确认识医养结合机构性质和服务功能、推行多元养老模式、分类照顾护理老年人、引导老年人乐活共居和共同休闲养老、加强医养结合机构养老护理人员培训、充分调动医务人员参与医养结合机构老年人医疗工作的积极性以及全社会共同关注医养结合机构健康发展等医养结合机构发展对策。
Along with the aging population and urbanization progresses, rural pension function is weakened, it is urgent to need social to make up. The Trinity system of home-based care, community care and institutional care has been formed in Huimin county of Shandong province, however the institution like combine medical and nursing still have the problems in that the scale cannot meet the social need and the professional quality of the medical staff needs to be improved. Based on this current situation, the author put forward a combine medical and nursing institution development countermeasure in correct understanding in property and the services function of combine medical and nursing institution, diversified pension pattern, take care and nursing the elder in classified, guide the elderly to live and relaxation together, strengthen the training of elderly nursing staff in combine medical and nursing institution, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical personnel to participate in the medical work of the elderly in institutions combining medical and nursing as well as public's common concern about the healthy development of institutions combining medical and nursing etc.
