发展型社会政策视角下的留守儿童问题研究——以孤家子社区为例

摘要
近年来,随着留守儿童数量的增多,随之而来的问题也不断出现。笔者以孤家子社区留守儿童为研究对象,阐述留守儿童的基本状况及存在的问题,并从发展型社会政策视角出发,对留守儿童问题进行探讨,从转变政府理念、增加家庭投资及建立留守儿童社会保障体系等方面提出了解决留守儿童问题的新路径。
In recent years,with the increase in the number of left-behind children,the ensuing problems continue to emerge.Taking the left-behind children in Gujiazi Community as the research object,we elaborate the basic situation and existing problems of the left-behind children,explore the issue of left-behind children from the perspective of developmental social policy,and put forward new ways to solve the problems of left-behind children,such as changing the government concept,increasing family investment and establishing a social security system for left-behind children.
