“钻石模型”视域下江苏省体育产业发展研究

摘要
采用文献资料法等,通过"钻石模型"理论视角,分析江苏省体育产业的特征与存在的问题,提出提升策略。主要结论:江苏省体育产业存在结构不均衡;体育基础设施增幅较大但人均场地面积不足;体育复合型人才稀缺等问题。建议:加强地方政府产业政策引导;健全完善体育基础设施;发挥各类体育人才优势;引导大众健康运动的体育消费观;加强体育产业与相关产业的融合发展等。
Based on the theory of "Diamond Model", this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of sports industry in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward the promotion strategies through the methods of literature reviews and so on. There are some problems in Jiangsu sports industry, including unbalanced structure, large increase in sports infrastructure but insufficient field area per capita, scarcity of sports inter-disciplinary talents and so on. Suggestions: strengthen the guidance of local government industrial policy; improve sports infrastructure; give full play to the advantages of various sports talents; guide the sports consumption concept of public health sports; strengthen the integration and development of sports industry and related industries.
