发明问题解决理论在企业技术开发与管理流程优化中的应用

摘要
介绍了发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的一般原理,从分析、转化、执行、改进、控制这五个阶段对TRIZ在企业技术开发与管理流程优化中的应用进行了分析,为企业在技术管理方面提出新的思路与建议。
The general principle of TRIZ was introduced, and the application of TRIZ in optimization of enterprise technology development and management process was analyzed from the five phases i.e analysis, transformation, implementation, improvement, and control that might put forward new ideas and suggestions for the enterprises in the field of technical management.
