摘要
在采用化学发气法生产泡沫水泥的流程中,发泡液-水泥浆混合器是一种重要的设备。基于射流泵基本原理,推导了发泡液-水泥浆混合器基本性能方程、气蚀性能方程以及最优参数方程,编制了设计软件,完成了发泡液-水泥浆混合器的结构设计,混合器利用2股具有速度差的流体通过强剪切进行混合,在结构和设计相关理论方面与射流泵类似。由Fluent流场仿真分析可知,此种结构的混合器在喉管前段混合最为剧烈,在出口处水泥浆与发泡液基本呈现均匀分布状态,混合效果达到设计要求。所得结果为进一步实施工程制造和现场应用提供了必要条件。
        The foaming fluid-cement slurry mixer is an important equipment for producing foamed cement by chemical gas generation. Based on the basic principle of jet pump,the basic performance equation,cavitation performance equation and optimal parameter equation of foaming fluid-cement slurry mixer were deduced. Then,the design software was compiled. The structural design of the foaming fluid-cement slurry mixer was completed. And it mixes the two fluids with differential velocities through strong shearing. And it has similar theory in terms of the structure and design compared to the jet pump. The Fluent flow field simulation analysis showed that the mixer shows the most intense mixing in the front section of the throat,and the cement slurry and the foaming fluid are basically distributed uniformly at the outlet with the mixing performance meeting the design requirements. The study provides necessary conditions for further implementation of engineering manufacturing and field applications of the foaming fluid-cement slurry mixer.
