摘要
明确稻瘟病抗性与水稻主要农艺性状的相关性,对于抗源改良及新抗源的创制具有指导意义。以重组自交系C55为材料,连续2年在水尾病圃通过田间自然诱发稻瘟病考察C55各家系的颈瘟病情指数,在泸县考察C55各家系的主要农艺性状,分析颈瘟病指与主要农艺性状的相关性;选取田间最高颈瘟病指<23.0%的15个家系组成抗病组,选取单株粒重>34.0g的15个家系组成感病组,通过t检验比较2组间主要性状的差异显著性。结果表明:播始天数、单株穗数及株高与颈瘟病指的简单相关呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),穗实粒数、穗着粒数、千粒重及单穗重与颈瘟病指的简单相关呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);播始天数、株高及结实率与颈瘟病指的偏相关呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),单穗重与颈瘟病指的偏相关呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。抗、感2组间颈瘟病指、穗实粒数、穗着粒数、单穗重及单株粒重的差异达5%或1%显著水平。单株产量高的家系其抗瘟性相对弱,15个抗病组家系可作为抗源利用,并对抗源改良方式进行了讨论。
        Rice blast was one of the most important diseases affecting rice yield.Using varieties resistant to rice blast in production was the most effective,economic and environmental protection measures to prevent and control rice blast.The transformation of resistance sources had become an important link in rice blast resistance breeding.The relationship between rice blast resistance and main agronomic traits was significant for the creation and improvement of new resistance sources.Using the recombinant inbred line C55 as the material,the neck blast disease index of C55 families was investigated by natural induction in Shuiwei disease nursery for 2 years.The main agronomic characters of C55 families were investigated in Luxian County,and the correlation between neck blast disease index and main agronomic characters was analyzed.Fifteen families with highest blast disease index<23.0% in the fields and 15 families with grain weight >34.0 g per plant were divided into disease-resistant and susceptible groups.T test was used to compare the differences of main characters between the two groups.The results showed that:by simple correlation analysis,the days from sowing to beginning ear,panicle number per plant and the plant height were significantly negatively correlated with neck blast disease index(P<0.01).There were a significant positive correlation between the grains per panicle,filled grains per panicle,1000-grain weight and the weight of single panicle with neck blast disease index(P<0.01).Partial correlation analysis showed that:the days from sowing to beginning ear,plant height and seed setting rates were negatively correlated with neck blast disease index(P<0.01),There was a significant positive correlation between the weight of single panicle with neck blast disease index(P<0.01).The results of comprehensive correlation analysis showed that the agronomic characters were precocious,short stem,and large panicle,and large grain type materials were more susceptible to rice blast.Late maturing,high stem,spikelet and small grain type materials had relatively strong resistance to rice blast.The neck blast disease index,grains per panicle,filled grains per panicle,the weight of single spike and grain weight per plant were 5% or 1% significant difference between the two groups.The spike of resistant group was smaller than that of susceptible group,and the yield per plant was lower than that of susceptible group.The families with high yield per plant had relatively weak resistance to blast.Fifteen families with high resistance to rice blast were identified for 2 years,which can be used as a new source of resistance in rice blast breeding.Resistant material improvement were also discussed in the paper.
