发疹型汗管瘤误诊1例

摘要
患者男,32岁,躯干、四肢泛发性黄褐色扁平丘疹15余年。临床初诊为:扁平疣。但皮损组织病理学提示汗管瘤。结合临床诊断为发疹型汗管瘤。予以阿达帕林外用2月,皮疹未见明显好转。
The patient was a man, 32 years old, with general brown flat papules on the trunk and limbs for more than 15 years. The initial clinical diagnosis was: flat warts.Histopathology of lesions suggested syringomas. Combined with a clinical diagnosis of an outbreak of rash syringoma. Adapalene was applied externally in two months, but there was no obvious improvement in papules.
