摘要

<正>1临床资料患者男,52岁。双侧耳周皮下肿物20年。20年前患者无明显诱因双侧耳周出现黄豆大小皮下肿物,偶伴瘙痒,无疼痛,后皮下肿物逐渐增大,以左侧耳后为主,瘙痒程度加重。患者曾于外院诊断为"神经性皮炎",予以药膏外用(具体不详),瘙痒稍可缓解,但皮下肿物未见消退。患者既往体健,否认家族类似病史。体检:各系统检查未见明显异常。
