新生儿个体化发育支持护理及评估在极低出生体质量儿中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析新生儿个体化发育支持护理及评估在极低出生体质量儿中的应用效果。方法随机选取2016年2月~2017年5月我院收治的极低出生体质量儿80例作为研究对象,将其平均分为两组,进行对照实验。给予对照组常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上联合新生儿个性化发育支持护理。对比两组患儿实验后效果。结果除患儿身高增长指标外,实验组患儿体质量增长、头围增长等体格增长指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿体质量恢复时间、完全经口喂养时间、胎粪排尽时间等均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且前者喂养不耐受、呼吸暂停、院内感染等不良反应发生概率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在极低出生体质量儿临床护理中纳入新生儿个体化发育支持护理流程可显著改善患儿体质,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of neonatal individualized development support nursing and evaluation in very low birth weight infants.Methods 80 cases of very low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May~2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the experimental group was given individualized nursing care based on the control group.Compare the clinical effect of two groups of children after the experiment.Results The height of children with growth index in the experimental group,the increase of body mass,head circumference growth growth indicators were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group body weight recovery time, complete oral feeding time,zirconium discharge time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05) and the feeding intolerance,apnoea,nonsocial infection and other adverse reaction probability was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the very low birth weight infants clinical nursing included in the neonatal individualized development support nursing process can significantly improve the physique of children,worthy of clinical promotion.
