摘要
为探究植物种子是否会因为受试物暴露时间不同而得到不同的发芽抑制率、根长下降率及EC_(50),进而影响受试物生态毒理学危害性级别的判定,选用玉米为试验种子,CuSO_4·5H_2O为受试物,设置了6个受试物浓度组,开展了周期为2~7d的试验。结果表明:在中低暴露浓度下,不同周期对玉米种子发芽率影响较大,发芽抑制率的EC_(50)最值相差高达352.9mg/L,也使根长出现显著性差异,但根长下降率及其EC_(50)无明显差异。得出了试验周期不同,不影响CuSO_4·5H_2O生态毒理学危害性分级结果的结论。
