摘要
研究了不同受体材料、不同诱导系及不同地域条件对玉米单倍体育种诱导率的影响。利用4种不同诱导系做父本,6种成熟的玉米杂交种做母本,分别在海南地区和吉林地区开展玉米单倍体诱导率研究,结果表明,不同受体材料、不同诱导系和不同地域条件对玉米单倍体诱导率影响显著,海南基地的玉米诱导率最高,先玉335为诱导率最高的受体材料,吉高诱3号为诱导率最高的诱导系材料。
Effects of different receptor materials,different inducing lines and different geographical conditions on induction rate of maize haploid breeding were studied. Four different inducing lines were taken as male parents and six kinds of mature maize hybrids were taken as female parents,haploid inductivity of maize was studied in Hainan and Jilin respectively,results showed that induction rate of maize were significantly affected by different receptor materials,different inducing lines and different geographical conditions,induction rate of maize was the highest in Hainan,Xianyu 335 was the receptor material with the highest induction rate,and Jigaoyou 3 was the inducing material with the highest induction rate.
